Must have at least 3+ years on-the-job experience as an Auto Technician. Must be able to diagnose, and properly inspect cars. Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Must be able to conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify or diagnose issues
- Able to complete repairs, replacement, or adjustments on various components including steering and suspension, air conditioning, engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Perform maintenance operations such as oil changes and inspections, tire rotations, fluid services
- Properly identify problems and plan repair procedures and parts needed using manuals, experience, or guidance
- Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance work performed and also document any needed maintenance or repairs
- Able to work in a shop environment with minimal supervision and be able to follow directions
- Must be able to work safely and complete tasks on time
- Keep work area clean, recycle fluids and old parts as necessary, empty trash
Requirements:

- Valid and insurable driver’s license
- 3+ years of professional automotive experience preferred
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and shop information systems (e.g., Mitchell, Pro-Demand etc.)
- Strong communication skills and solid understanding of automotive systems
- Punctual
- Own basic tools (specialty shop tools and equipment provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay updated with ongoing training
Pay: $50,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
