Power is something that the Ram 1500 has in spades. To start everything off, you have the available 3.6-liter V6 engine, which comes with an eTorque mild-hybrid system! This engine can produce around 269 lb-ft of torque and 305 horsepower. The engine that will be available initially is a 5.7-liter V8, which can also be found with the mild-hybrid system! The power produced from this engine is around 395 hp and 410 lb-ft of torque. The standard drivetrain is two-wheel drive, although four-wheel drive is also available! As far as fuel economy goes, the V8 engine gets around 15 mpg city and 22 mpg highway. The Ram 1500 gives you two incredible engines that can handle any task you throw at them!

2019 Chevrolet Silverado Power & Handling

The Silverado has a long list of available engines for you to choose from, and while the list is impressive, you'll need a higher engine option for added power. The first engine comes with a six-speed automatic transmission, and is a 4.3-liter V6 that pumps out 285 horsepower. The second engine comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission, and is a turbocharged 2.7-liter 4-cylinder. That engine can produce 310 horsepower. Another engine, a 5.3-liter V8, can work with either a six-speed or an eight-speed automatic transmission, and produce around 355 horsepower. The highest engine option comes with a 10-speed automatic transmission and is a 6.2-liter V8.

2019 Ram 1500 Features & Design

The Ram 1500 comes with a model lineup that is sure to put a smile on your face. These models range from the standard Tradesman to the top-of-the-line Limited. Standard features that can be found with any of the available models include a Class III hitch receiver, a rearview camera, 18-inch steel wheels, a six-speaker audio system with dual USB inputs, trailer sway control, air conditioning, Bluetooth, a Uconnect infotainment system, a 5-inch touchscreen, an auxiliary audio jack, a 40/20/40-split folding bench seat, a locking tailgate, rear-seat USB charge ports, and automatic headlights. 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Features & Design

Many trim options are offered with the Chevrolet Silverado. The first is Work Truck, and the highest option is High Country. Standard features include 17-inch steel wheels, Bluetooth, a USB port, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a tilt-only steering column, a 7-inch touchscreen interface, a 6-speaker audio system, and air conditioning. For added features consider buying the LT model, which adds a steering wheel with audio controls, an eight-inch touchscreen, LED headlights, OnStar with 4G LTE and Wi-Fi, alloy wheels, a tailgate damper, and an upgraded driver information display.
